These terms and conditions are the basis of our service commitment to our members who are our only customers. They set out the terms of the contract between the member "you" and Brand Bargains, by completing a Member Application Form and becoming a member you acknowledge that you are aware of the following Terms & Conditions and that all transactions conducted with us will be subject to these terms and conditions only.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age and you must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law to place orders with Brand Bargains. By becoming a member of Brand Bargains you are acknowledging that you are 18 years or over. If you do not qualify, you must not use our services.
A member must be the authorized user of the email address registered. Membership cannot be transferred.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is obtained by invitation through our website www.brandbargains.com.au Membership to Brand Bargains is free of charge and there are no further conditions or obligations to buy.
Brand Bargains reserves the right to cancel or decline any membership at any time if a member has been found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

PLACING ORDERS
Members place orders for the purchase of goods and services at www.brandbargains.com.au
Each product and service includes GST inclusive price which is provided in the product description.
Our prices are held next to their recommended retail price (RRP) and compared with Brand Bargains Sales Price, the product will show the percentage and dollar value discount. RRP is provided by the supplier and is typical of current mark ups in the market place.
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE
Brand Bargains ship Australia Wide only.
Please insure that your delivery address is correct as there may be a further fee if the parcel has to be redirected.
Delivery of your order will be within 2 - 4 weeks of completion of the sales event. Orders will be delivered with Australia Post E Parcel and you will be regularly updated by email on it progress once it has left our warehouse. If you are not there to receive your order a card will be placed in the letterbox for pick up at your nearest Post Office. (Post Office will hold parcel for 7 days) If the parcel is returned to us due to the fact is has not been picked up from Post Office or incorrect delivery address Brand Bargains will refund your purchase amount but not the delivery charges.
If the product has been damaged in Transit please inform Brand Bargains immediately and supply pictures if possible.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
As a member of Brand Bargains you have the opportunity to return your chosen product if you have changed your mind, the product does not fit, your choice does not meet your expectations or if the product is faulty.
Due to our Business Model we are unable to offer a replacement of product we can offer you a choice of Credit or a refund this amount is based on the Product Purchase amount and does not include the delivery charges.
After receiving the product you have 7 days to contact Brand Bargains via the help section of our Website to be eligible to return your order, goods must be received within 7 days of this contact. Return Postage is the responsibility of the Member.
After receiving the product, we assess the returned goods and process your Refund or Credit.
In the instance we are not able to supply your order you will be notified within 2 days from the end of the sale and we will refund you in full including delivery charges.
